When I try to import photos and I try to change the location of the files, Elements crashes. I can close all other major applications and nothing seems to help. Any suggestons?

What OS are you using?
Are you changing the location of the files in the My Folders panel?
Are you getting any error messages?
How many files are you changing at one time?
Try closing the Elements Auto Creations 2021 process in the Task Manager before making the changes.
