Looking to get photoshop elements for basic photography conversion from RAW to jpg to optimize outdoor landscape and wildlife photos. Can I get a version for both Mac and PC or should I favor one over the other? Thanks!

You can only purchase a download for a single OS from Adobe. You will have to purchase a boxed version that contains both Mac and PC discs from a third party authorized seller (unless you want to pay Adobe twice for the downloads).
