I checked and that exact model camera is not yet supported, nor is it released for sale yet--  ACR 14.0 is the latest version available.

For your information, have a look at that discussion in the Camera raw forum:

https://community.adobe.com/t5/camera-raw-discussions/p-raw-file-support-requests-and-information-ne...

Bottom line; the camera is not yet supported in the full Photoshop ACR or Lightroom. In such situation, you have to use the converter provided by the manufacturer and create tiff versions. When will Adobe offer the correct converter for ACR, Lightroom and the DNGconverter? They never tell in advance, but there are regular updates every one or two months.

Since you are using Elements, you must take into account that this software requires an Elements update as well as the limited Elements ACR plugin update. That takes time. Sometime, you need to wait for the next (paying) version. Generally, you get a free update during the year of the current version. Exceptionally, there have been updates for the immediately prior versions.

So, for Elements users, the free solution is to wait until the full Photoshop ACR version and Lightroom are updated together with the DNGconverter and then use it to batch convert a whole folder of proprietary raw files into the open DNG raw format that older Elements versions can read.

For recent versions, there has been workarounds to update the supported camera raw formats in Elements based on the full Photoshop version. Not guaranteed to work at all: did create issues with old as well as very recent ACR versions.
