Elements 2021, Won't Load File PSE File Gives Font Error

Attempting to open PSE file. Instead of loading file, it is giving me a font error. Previously with a font error, the file would at least load and I'd be able to substitute the font. Now, it won't load the file. I just had a new windows update. Is this a fun side effect of the update?

Do you know the particular font that is causing the issue?

You can try resetting the photoshop elements editor preferences by going to Edit>Preferences>General, clicking on Reset Preferences on next launch and then restarting the photoshop elements editor.
