No explanation. Chatted with Adobe Elements people yesterday, had one aboard my computer, but they never got it working. Spent more than two hours trying. I paid for it, had the serial number, but it wouldn't load. Finally a higher level tech said it wasn't compatible with OS 12.0.1. Rats! But, this morning, I double-clicked a jpeg and it started right up. Great! Love the program *again*.
