I have Elements 2023 on a M1 Mac and I have downloaded the plug in from my Portrait Pro. I can find the plug in link in the Elements filters OK but when I try to open the link with an image displayed it says thet the plug in can not be found.
It has been suggested thet I must wait for Portrait Pro to issue an update to update for the plug in to wotk with the M1 chip but I do not know if this is correct.
Any advice please?

It's certainly true that the M1 version of apps needs M1 plug-ins. What do Anthropics (the maker of Portrait Pro) say?

I filled in the Anthropics enquiry sheet and I am still waiting for a response. The word is they are not responding very quickly at all to many enquiries.

Anthropics advise as follows and I can not find anything they suggests are in the CC app.
I have advised them that I am using PE2023 which I can not find in the CC app and when I open Photoshop it just asks me to trial or buy. As for three dots I dont have a clue.

Hi Terry,
Can you open the Intel version of Photoshop via Creative Cloud App?
There should be three dots by Photoshop and an option to Open (Intel)

My reading of their reply is that they only support Photoshop (By which we mean the subscription Photoshop), and do not support ARM (M1) native today. I read that they do not support Photoshop Elements.
Certainly, you cannot run Photoshop Elements in Intel mode using the CC app. PERHAPS you can choose to run it using Rosetta in Get Info, some apps work that way, but someone else would have to answer that.
