Elements 2023 simply won't work today.

Every other day since I bought it, this has worked perfectly. Today it won't load. I'm on an intel 27" iMac running Big Sur - but that is irrelevant since it has always worked! Why today? I need it for my work. It's still wroking perfectly on my M1 Macbook Air, but I need the big screen. I've restarted the computer twice, redownloaded and reinstalled, nothing works. It circles endlessly at this screen (screenshot). Can anyone help please?
