Updated from Elements 18 to 24 (Core version 24.0) recently.  Catalogue size = 221.9 mb. Cache size = 2.8 gb. Now every time I select "Find, All Missing files" It displays a message saying searching and then it shows a message at the top of the browser saying "All Missing Files" but all I see is my full catalogue of thumbnails - nothing changes (no message displayed saying no photos found). Then I purposely changed a few file names in MS Explores and tried again. This time it does display the missing files but they are inserted into my full catalogue of thumbnails at the top of the browser screen and if I try to scroll down all of the thumbnails get distorted and split into two different photos. Also when I try to close the Elements 24 editor is keeps popping back up. No matter if I close it by clicking on the x or by clicking on exit. It popped up about 5 times before it stayed closed. Also, importing photos from Iphone 15 using the browser import feature kept crashing the browser. Tried 15 photos and before I could click import the whole program crashed. It did this several times. I then tried only importing 5 photos at a time and it worked. I have about 300 photos on my iPhone 15 pro max. Also the system info copied  from help in the Elements browser (added below) indicated I am running Windows 10 which is not correct. I am infact running Windows 11 (my system info added at end). After all of that I ended up reinstalling Elements 24 but that did not help - nor did doing a restart.

 Hoping you can help.

Just following up on my post from over 3 months ago. The Find All missing files problem is still happening. The closing editor problem seems to have resolved itself.  I also just tried the Find all untagged items and the same problem happens. Is this even being investigated ?

I suggest you contact Adobe Support.

The reference to Windows 10 is a known error that is of no consequence.
