elements 9 need to update RAW file to 6.2 but it fails.

I need to update my elements 9 which needs to update RAW file but tried to download RAW6.2 but the dowload fails. How do I update my elements 9 with the latest RAW file please?

Older software cannot be updated to the latest version of Camera Raw. Why are you referring to v6.2? What camera and model are your raw files from?
