Elements Organiser 15 - People, Unnamed Photos Tab

I am unable to add a name to some of the groups of unnamed people under the unnamed people tab. The facial recognition has completed as well as the smart tag id. The add name shows the number of unnamed photos in the group but the option does not work.When you hover over the picture of the group the photos and faces options appear but they do not work either. This seems to only happen to a few groups of unnamed photos and I cannot do anything with the group. Any suggestions on how to name the unnamed group of pictures or remove it from the list of unnamed photos? Any help would be appreciated.

I found the same issue previously and started over with a clean catalogue but now I am having the same issue.

I am using PSE 15 on a windows 10 I7 laptop and aprox 15,000 photos in the catalogue.

Try single clicking on those groups. This will open a grid displaying all the faces present in that group. Now select all the fcaes you want to name and click on Add Name icon present on action panel.

Unfortunately this does not work. The single click does not open the group of photos. There are 169 photos in the one group which I cannot look at or name as a group. When I double click on the group it opens but without any photos. It says no media , please clear applied filter and try again. As far as I can tell there are no filters applied. I am just looking at the unnamed people group.

This link fixed the problem for me. This has not been an issue since. For whatever reason it was something to do with photos having a date of January 1, 1601.

Clicking on Faces or Photos on Name People does nothing.
