Elements Won't Start, Tells Me To Renew My Subscription

Explorer ,
Jul 09, 2017 Jul 09, 2017

I bought Photoshop Elements 15 about a month ago, and I've used it off and on with no problems. I also had a yearly Photoshop CC subscription that expired a few days ago. But now when I click on Elements to open, I get a notice that I need to go to the Subscription Manager to renew the Photoshop CC product. But I wasn't even clicking on Photoshop CC. And I own Elements, so any subscription, active or not, shouldn't even matter.

Also, I see that Adobe has been down a lot today. I don't know if that's related.

Thanks Arshla,

That helped. I then had to re-license Elements as it was showing as a trial. But now it's fine.

Thanks again.
