I’ve been using elements3 for years and now it says it is “unable to launch“. I can not get to my photos!
If I were to reload the software, would I lose the pics that are on the computer? Or would they transfer?

What operating system are you using?
The actual photos are on your hard drive. Elements just catalogs the location.
