Enable Handles/Controls to resize/move pased image

I inserted/pasted an image onto an existing image. I DO NOT see the handles/control on the 4 corner of the newly pased image that would allow me to MOVE or RESIZE the image.

Can someone please tell me where do I make changes on the setting to enable this function in PhotoShop Element 2025 ?

Make sure you have the layer selected for the image you wish to move/re-size.

Then select the move tool (V)

In the tool options ensure the box is checked to show bounding box - see image.

Thx a lot.  found out that the Show Bound Box somehow got un-checked. After re-checking out, I got the handles back.  Very appreciate your prompt response.
