End code 6 and Error DW071/Error DW003 when installing Elements 2018

I have installed twice, last time as administrator. The program seems to work, but I am worried about the errors. I did not remove the old version, PSE 12, because I wanted to convert the catalog file. Can this possibly be the problem?

Thank you very much for help! I think it's okay now. Had to remove the two C++ (2017) packages in Control Panel, then reinstalled the right version from PSE 2018/payloads. Skipped reinstall of the program, I think it will work fine.
