Entering serial number redemption code in photoshop elements 18

Please help. It won’t let me input letters for the redemption code when downloading the brand new disc I bought of photoshop elements 18. What should I do? How can this be solved?

Look inside the box. S/N starts 1057. All numbers and no letters.
