Voici le message qui s'affiche au lancement de photoshop :

Le point d'entrée de procédure _otCreateSymbolict.inkW est introuvable dans la bibliothèque de liens dynamiques C:\\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\MSVCP10.dll

Update Windows and install any Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio updates.
