Error 150:30 on an iMac. Never resolved.

I have a iMac OS 10.12.6.  I had to reformat my HD. When I reloaded the data including Photoshop Elements I got a window indicating that I had an Elements "Error 150:30".  I have reviewed the Forums comments and other articles. I also contacted customer support to no avail. I have spent several hours trying the different suggestions. I have not been able to restore Elements. Apparently there is solutions for Windows but not for Macs. My version is from 2012 (whatever version number I can't figure out because I can't "get info"). I see in the forums that other people are also frustrated that Adobe does not provide a fix.  Does anyone have a solution?

Thanks John. I had already tried that but can't find the FlexNet Publisher (I also looked in the hidden folders). The only one I have not tried is the re-install because after 5 years I cant find the info to reinstall.
