Downloading Photoshop Premiere elements 12 to Windows 10 - Error file archive part of adobe photoshop premiere elements is missing.

How do I fix this?

There is no English version for Windows.  Do you have any other suggestions?

The exact message we're getting when trying to install CS4 Production Premium, which I bought in 2008, is:

The file archive of Adobe CS4 Production Premium is missing.  You need all parts in the same folder in order to extract Adobe CS4 Production Premium.  Please download all parts.

I have the disks and serial number and cannot install.  I have called support, no one seems to understand this.
