'error in text engine' in (PSE13) causes program to crash

Recently using Windows 10 (latest version) and PSE 13 The Organizer and Editor programs operate perfectly except when I attempt to use 'text' tool in the editor. When I click the text cursor on the photo being edited, an error message, 'something is preventing the text engine from loading' appears and then the program crashes. I have to use the task manager utility to close the program and restart it. The cycle repeats

Please try out following steps:

Go to Location:

C:\Users\[user name]\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Photoshop Elements[Version]\CT Font Cache\

and rename the files

AdobeFnt_CMaps.lst
AdobeFnt_OSFonts.lst

Then restart Photoshop Elements.
