Photoshop elements 15 seems to be working but now I don’t have Photoshop elements organizer. I have check all folders. This its a new iMac and photoshop is the only thing I have downloaded so not hard to seethe it’s not here/

You can try launching the Organizer from Photoshop Elements Editor, from here at bottom panel:
