I have some problem with Photoshop. I open a JPG file with "camera raw filter" and when I try to save an error appears: "impossible complete the operation - program error". If I only cut the jpg file and try to save the error is different: "impossible save the file. Ram not enough".
I unistalled and installed again Photoshop. I restarted the PC. I have formatted the PC. I have 3 ram free on my PC. I cancelled the preferences. It doesn't work.
What can I do?
Thanks

Are you using Photoshop or Elements ? This forum is for Elements.
For Photoshop:
Your error message is similar to many others since the last Windows 10 (1803) upgrade.
Explanation and workaround:
Photoshop :
Error while accessing performance preferences - 'An integer between 96 and 8 is required.'
Elements :
Error: An integer between 50 and 8 is required | Elements | Windows 10
You'll find a lot of discussion about that recent problem on both forums.

Hello Veronica,
Is your query pertaining to Photoshop or Photoshop Elements?
I presume the error message is due to the recent Windows update. Please refer to this forum thread to discover the possible workarounds. Hope that helps!
Thanks,
