Error with new install on Mac Mojave

New Here ,
Dec 12, 2018 Dec 12, 2018

Hello,

I just installed Photoshop Elements 2019 on a Mac running OS 10.14.2 and I when I click to launch the Photo Editor, I immediately get a dialog that says "There was an error opening this document.  The file is damaged and could not be repaired."  When I click the "OK" button, the editor launches but the dialog box comes back and keeps coming back and won't stay away.  This is a new install and this happened on the very first launch.  I force-quit the app and it just keeps happening.  I've tried holding down the command-shift-option keys while launching the editor to reset things, but this still happens.  Any ideas?

Thanks,

Ron

Thanks.  Reinstalling from that link seems to have solved it.  So far so good!

Thanks again,

Ron
