Es and CC?

Hi,

I have Es 2021. The install deposits the two Es programs and CC.

I believe CC is pushing GBs of data up to Adobes cloud. I'm located in very remote area and don't have that kind of bandwidth. I've tried uninstalling CC but it says other programs require it. As I only have the two E programs I assume that is what it is referring to.

I've read that Es 2022 or 2023 do not require and I assume do not install CC. Is this true?
