Es geht mir um Photoshop Elements 13 bis 2021: ich hatte primär DVD13 mit update auf 2021 durch das Internet. Letzteres ist verschwunden. Warum? 13 hat jetzt am Computer einen wilden Durcheinander meiner Fotos!

Was kann ich tun? Ich besitze eine DVD13. Wie kann ich meine Ordnung wieder bekommen? Auf einen Anruf  bei ihnen meinte ein Herr, ich soll das Programm löschen und neu aufsetzen - er war aber sehr unsicher.

Nach meiner Meinung hat dies keinen Erfolg.

Ich bitte um Hilfe.

Your problem is not entirely clear to me.  If you click on this link,  it should take you to the Products page of your Adobe.com account.  There, you should find a download link for both Elements 13 and Elements 2021 (which may be listed as Version 19.0).  Your serial numbers for both should also be listed.

You have not told us why you need the installation files.  If you are installing them on a new computer, you may run into problems with the activation.  This is because you may have installed the program on too many computers (or by upgrading the OS on a single computer without signing out of the program).   If this is the case, you will have to contact Adobe Support and request that your license activations be reset.
