Discovered I've been billed for 3 downloads of Adobe Premiere Elements (APE). I only use one, and only found that I'd paid for 3 when I saw my credit card statement. How would I go about getting a refund on the 2 unneeded APE's? An odd question, maybe, but I'd be grateful for any direction/guidance. My 4 calls to Adobe get terminated at the Adobe end, for some reason.
Rgrds, Jacob
