Once my catalog has finished face recognition routines (days to complete), as I would browse the photos in the Organizer I would come across a face confirmation dialog. It would say for instance "Is this Julie?" and offer a check mark or an X. I could use the check mark, but not even ONCE could I click on an X when the suggestion was wrong. The system would not accept any clicks over the X! Not just in some photos, I could not click the X in ANY photos
If you ever find yourself in this position, my workaround is to click on the check mark (temporarily accepting the wrong name), then click inside the incorrect name box, backspace over the wrong name, and type in the correct name.
