Facial features not working just red with a circle

This issue occurs if the installation path includes double-byte characters. To resolve this issue, install Photoshop Elements or Adobe Premiere Elements on a custom path with no double-byte characters in it how do I do this ?

If using a double byte operating system e.g. Chinese or Korean; try installing in the default location rather than a custom location.

1. Uninstall Photoshop Elements
2. Re-boot computer
3. Download and install again
