Facial Recognition Stopped Finding Faces

I am currently working in Photoshop Elements 2020. Facial recognition has found many of the faces in my pictures, but seems to have stopped. I still have many faces unlabeled. (I have about 50,000 photos im my Organizer if that is at all pertinent).

This is my 3rd version of Photoshop, so I suspect from reading other posts that there may be some problem with how the catalog was imported. I found directions tha suggested renaming the "BreezeData" file might help, but I don't seem to have one.
I can't find the facial analysis progress bar anywhere.
I have already tried turning off the setting that makes the recognition run automatially then closing and rebooting Elements, and turning it back on again without success.
I have received the following notice of an update to install, but so far have been unsuccessful at that as well.
