Hello,
I have tried everything I have found on the forms so far and google to troubleshoot this with no luck. It will install to about 90% then proceed with this error.

Please see specific errors below for troubleshooting. For example, ERROR: DF012, DS003 ...

-file has been ran as administrator
-file has been ran through command prompt
-file has been downloaded from a form and tried to install from there
-UAC has been turned off
-folder has full security permissions
-I have uninstalled and restarted between each attempt
