Please forgive me for answering in English (Ich verstehe Deutsch ziemlich gut, aber teschnische Wörter sind hier sehr wichtig).
I don't mind if you answer in German.
We need to understand exactly what you are doing when the the program stops.
Do you think it's a problem with a media (photo or video) file?
Do you think it's a problem with a catalog (the database holding the exif and tagging information)?
I don't think it can be a problem with an 'album', which is a 'collection' or a simple list of selected files like an audio playlist?

Sorry, my language is german. So I try to answer I send you a pt sc of the Point, when the importing-procedere stops an the program is closing.

You can't send a screenshot (Print screen) via email, you have to post in this forum from your Internet browser. To insert the screenshot in your answer, use the 7th icon on the tool bar above the post.
First, to be sure the problem is not in the program, try to start with a new, empty catalog.
Keep the shift key pressed while you launch the organizer. You get a dialog letting you choose to start the organize with a new catalog. If you can import the files, then the program is ok.
If you have the same problem with the organizer freezing on the same spot while importing, the screenshot will be useful to troubleshoot the problem.

Thank you. This is the main Problem, I ican’t do anything in the program. When I start it, it is in the uploading-position and starts to upload picures, after 30% it stops and the next massage is ‘Photoshop doesn’t reakt’ and the program is closing. So I can’t start an empty catalog.
