Fehlermeldung "Aktualisierung erforderlich" Photoshop Elements 2019 und 2020

Hallo Zusammen,

Go here, download the adobe creative cloud for desktop. If it asks you to sign in, sign in.  Problem should go away.

Windows 10 21H1)?

Welche Elements Version(en) hast du getestet?

Wie lautet die genaue Fehlermeldung.

The user has issues with Photoshop Elements. This isn't a part of the Creative Cloud. There's no need to install the Creative Cloud Desktop Client.

Very mysterious. I've never heard about it.

But the main thing is that it solves the problem.

Thanks.

I have the exact same issue as the poster and installing creative cloud software has not solved my issue. It doesn't work for everyone.

Hi Glenn,

thanks a lot. Even though I couldn't install PSE via the creative cloud, the installer of the creative cloud obviously did install something that made my PSE installer work. Thanks again!

I have no explanation why it works- it just does for a number of people.   Glad things worked out.

Unfortunately, your suggested solution did not work for my device.

I still get the same error message displayed.
