I am using Elements/Organizer 14. It seems that I can not find pictures prior the year 2000. When I set the find date to anything earlier than 1/1/2000, Organizer changes the century. For instance a search for 8/31/99 yields no pictures found because Organizer is looking for 8/31/2099 (see below). Clearly this is a function of the limited two digit year field on the input parameters.
Input:
Resulting search criteria:
1) Has this been fixed in later versions of the product?
2) Is there a work around/fix for V14 available?
Thanks in advance.

Elements 2018 insists on inputting a 4 digit year and will only accept a 1 thru 7 as the first digit.
This probably goes back to the Y2K fiasco. So try putting in a 4 digit year rather than 2.

Thanks for the response, but it is not possible to enter a 4 digit year in Organizer 14. Therefore, I assume you mean put in a 4 digit year when using Organizer 18. That means an upgrade. You really mean to tell me that this wasn't fixed in Organizer 14?

I only have PSE3 and 2018 so dont know about 14. (I have plenty of issues with 2018 Organizer as is, with a cheat sheet of workarounds based on forums help). Im pretty sure you tried it but can you use the year scroll down arrows to get a different result?
PS. 2018 also has a set date range function under "View" menu, does 14?

In my PSE12, 14, 15 and 2018, the only option is to show the full year date, four digits.
I don't understand why you get only two digits.
