In my company, an ancient colleague has linked licence key to an account. I have the licence keys, how do I retrieve the account linked to it?

It is for a company but I fear they used personal account.

We are one Windows 10 and we have a photoshop elements 2019 and a photoshop elements 2020 licence

There is likely nothing that you can do without knowing the account information.

In the future, the company needs to keep better records of its licenses.
