I followed the instructions and Imported in Bulk from my MacBook - disaster! There was no way to choose or delete folders or sub-folders. I have 13,000 photos, but Adobe found 53,000 media files. I deleted all the folders Adobe set up, but now when I import individual photos to edit - much preferable to bulk import! - it says "already in my catalog." How do I delete everything ( delete my catalog) and start over? Thanks for any guidance!

make a new catalogue, give it a name, any name don't matter what you call it.
SKIP the importing window that pops up (the skitp choice) is in the bottom right corner of the pop up.
Gp back to FILE > MANAGE CATALOGUES and delect the mucked up one.
