Fix Elements 12 to print to my HP 4520 instead of ".prn" file?

I'm running Windows 10 and have Photoshop Elements 12. Recently, it Elements 12 totally stopped working so I updated and can now only print to .prn despite the fact that my HP Envy 4520 is the preferred printer. I uninstalled, reinstalled, updated and am still having the same problem. How do I fix so I can print a hard copy instead of ".prn"

In Editor, go to File>print. Do you see "Select Printer" in the dialog? In the drop-down what is selected among the available options?
