Folder Icons

I have PSE 2019 and I literally have thousands of images for my history, webs ,family etc.

For some reason last night the pics on all pages were changed to the PSE icon. I dont want this, how can I look through all my images if theyare all the same.

How do I revert my folders to show real time pics not icons

I found an answer, probably the easiet way too. Open pictures folder, or any other that is loaded with images. At the top of the folder there is a menu bar, find Restrote to Default. It worked!!!!
