In Organizer under folders it lists all of my external hard drives which do not have any pictures in them. Is there a way to hide those? Seems like it is a little confusing to see all of them. Thanks

You can change the view by clicking the button shown in my screenshot and selecting View as List instead of View as Tree. However, this does not show the location of the folder unless you hover over it.
