Following a tutorial [How to access Layer Style > Inner Shadow in PSE15?]

I just received my Photoshop Elements 15 yesterday. I am trying to follow a tutorial and cannot find

where they say click on layer style then inner shadow? I have looked and looked, I need help quick.

Thanks, I'm older and not too computer smart.

Select the layer with the text or other object (highlighted in blue in the layers pallet) and go to the menu:

Layer >> Layer Style >> Style Settings

Use a shadow or stroke by checking the appropriate box. A stroke an be an inner or outer outline.
