Hi,

I have an issue with photoshop elements 14

When I try to add text as soon as I click on the T it freezes and I have to bring up the task manager and it says photoshop not responding and I have to end the program

I don't know how to fix it

I have tried resetting preferences didn't fix it. I have also tried rest tools but that just froze too

Help

Thanks

Go to Edit > Preferences.

Click on Reset Preferences on next launch.

Now, relaunch Editor.

Let us know if issue still exists.

Thanks,
Anwesha
