Frustrated and Upset - Activation Photoshop Elements 12

New Here ,
Jul 31, 2020 Jul 31, 2020

I am trying to find a way to contact the support by chat or number and it keeps throwing me into a endless loop. I hit contact us and it sends me to the support page with no numbers or chat functions or anything. The TWO hard drives that I installed the program onto are dead and there is no way for me to deactivate them. I contacted the facebook page as well and they said to go to the same freaken page as before. I am losing money over this. I have relied on this program for my business and now its not letting me use it.

This is a user to user community. For some issues it will be necessary to contact Adobe directly. Click the following link and scroll down the page to Individual. Then click “Sign in to contact us” It should be possible to start an on-line chat with Adobe Support. Make clear you are not looking for support for an older product but need your activations re-set.
