Fujifilm XT-5 / Raw / Elements 2024 / Windows 11

I run Elements 2019 on a Windows 11 PC.

My main camera is a Fujifilm XT-5 (also have XT-3 and XT-30).

Elements 2019 will not allow direct download of RAW (.RAF) images to the Organiser (i.e I have to go via DNG conversion).

If I upgrade to Elememts 2024, will this allow direct download of RAW images to the Organiser?

Note: this problem only arose when I upgraded from W10 to W11 (W10 allowed Elements 2019 to directly download RAW files).

Yes it should.

You could always install a trial version of pse 2024 to verify.

The 30 day trial is the same software you get when bought, just minus the serial number.

LATEST

Your change from Win 10 to 11 had nothing to do with the import of raw files into Elements 2019.  Your purchase of newer model cameras did.  Each camera requires a different version of the ACR plug-in (which is backwards compatible).  Your latest camera, the XT-5, requires ACR 15.   Elements 2024 now updates to ACR 16, so the raw files  from all of your cameras will import natively into it.  But, as Jeff suggests, you should use the trial version to confirm that it meets your needs.
