I had to reinstall Photoshop Elements 15 on my new computer after the old one crashed. Re-imported all photos. Most functions work, however: I cannot access any of the menus (they don't drop down) and I cannot delete any of the photos. All of my photos are in the Pictures Folder of my One Drive Folder.
