getting an error message " CAHeasless debug event" for Photoshop Elements 2019

Every time I start my PC I get the following error message:

I no longer get automatic download and have to manually select each picture and upload to the organiser. I have reloaded Elements 19 and it is still the same.

Hi there,

Sorry that you're getting an error message " CAHeasless debug event" every time you start your computer and also you have to manually upload images to the Organizer.

Would you mind checking the below possible solutions? 

1) If you use Media Analyzer to analyze your media then please re-install the application. I suspect something gone bad with Media Analyzer

2) Go to 'Edit' menu > preferences > Media-Analysis and switch off the check-box 'Analyze media for Smart Tags Automatically'.
