Getting ready to make Clean Installs

Getting ready to make a Clean Install and don't want to lose access to Photoshop Elements 13.  I know my serial numbers, is there anything special I should do before I wipe them off my system?  I have two installations; one on a desktop computer running Win 7 Pro 32-bit, the other on Win 7 Pro 64-bit notebook.  Advice on download, installation, activation, configuration would be appreciated.

In pse 13 just go to Help>Sign Out or Deactivate to remove the license from said machine.

Then you'll be able to Sign In/Activate pse 13 on the new install.

Also, you can download the pse 13 install files from here:

Download Photoshop Elements 13, 12, and earlier versions.

Thanks Jeff.  If I deactivate, download and install everything should be OK.

If it were me, I would also do a full backup using the applicable command in the Organizer. Uninstalling/reinstalling PSE on a given machine should not affect any Catalogs, however.
