gif animated with photoshop elements 2023 ?

Does somebody know if it s possible to make a gif animation with photoshop elements 2023?

i ve tried it seversal times, but the moment i ve used export and click on animation, i lose a part and isn t there anything anymore to animate

i m getting frustrated

On youtube i only see movies for windows, but i have a Macbook pro 2016, two thunderbolts 3 ports processor 2GHz Dual-Core Intel core i5,  memory 8GB, macOS Monterey version 12.7.3 

i really hope somebody can help me

In Save for Web after you click Animate did you press the Play button?

You re absolutely right, i didn t click the play button, because a part had disappeared.  now i saw them! :).  

Only the background behaved like it was one of the parts who had to play. it wasn t there . I ve added what has happened. Can you help me in this? I really hope so!

Are the images of the women on transparent or white backgrounds?

They are on transparant background

You've managed it, with the background all the time
very good!

I tried again, but unfortunately again failed

Basically you would put a copy of the Background Ocean layer below each Girl image (layer).

Then merge the Girl image (layer) with the Ocean layer below and repeat for the others.

That is click on Girl layer above the Ocean layer then go to Layer>Merge Down and do that for the others as well.

Then in File>Save for Web you can set the Looping Options to Forever and the Frame Delay (time each frame is shown)

see in combination each with a different girl and linked in 4 x 2
Safe for web
Animate
Looping options on forever
Frame delay 0,2
Preview
Than I see 1x the sea…. Then the girls 1,2,3,4 and repeating
…sea,1,2,3,4,sea,1,2,3,4 still not constant the girls on the waves, not
even one girl on a wave

I m afraid I have to give it up.
Such a pity!
There are so many things I want to try with it
