Yes.  Each program is entirely separate.  I currently have 16 different versions of Photoshop Elements installed on my computer.

I hope you have a disk image or clone that can be used for backup.

Better yet, a disk image that can be restored to dissimilar hardware.

Are they all working in Windows 11?

Yes, Bob, I have backup software that takes a snapshot of my system drive every hour.  I  have multiple backups of my media files but have just run out of storage room on my local drives.  Just added internal and external 16TB disks.  After much trial and tribulation, I am in the middle of restoring a catalog backup to the new internal drive.  It will probably take another day or two before I find out whether it works.

When it will be time to build a new computer, it will be time to do a complete system refresh and installation.
