Guided mode does not work in Photoshop Elements 2018. See image.
But works in my older ver elements 14
And guided mode works in Premier 2018.
Why not in photoshop?
Run windows 10 and at normal resolution on the Hd screen.
Have tried recharging the program several times.
Min and max size of image size, etc.

Have some time managed to get the picture on the window, but then the check box will appear to the right as you can check that the picture is ready. No other options available.
Provides jpg images in from different cameras.

Not Elive mode is also not available in the menu. Probably a function that only works with show language, I drive Swedish.

No idea, no difference for me in PSE2018 (standard resolution, up to date Windows 10).

Elive is only available for the English language.

Getting tired of this program
Too many bugs.
Can you sell it back to Adobe.
Will write to photo magazine and their forum about it.

Try updating or rolling back your graphics driver directly from the video card manufacturer's site.

Thanks for the suggestion

I made a reset of my graphics card to factory setting.

Now it works guided and the picture also became better .. less dawn.

Now I am fully satisfied with the program.

Sincerely

Bengt

I have this same problem, but I don't know how to "update or roll back my graphics card".  I am running PSE 15 on Windows 10.    I get the same screen as bengt.  The Menu at the top of my screen says "eLive Quick Guided Expert", but when I have an image loaded from the Photo Bin and click on Guided, the editing area of the screen goes gray, just like his

scrfeenshot.  Here's mine.  Any help? Thanks!

I don't know how to "update or roll back my graphics card".

Find out what card you have:

how+to+find+out+what+graphics+card

Then go to the website of the card manufacturer and download and install the driver.

Thank you for that help.  Unfortunately, it didn't help.  Is there anything

else that you can think of that might enable the Guided Edit feature?
