Have elements 2020 and cannot update

have upgraded to elements 2020 all working fine. Ecept an update comes up when i try to update it crashes and then the program wont work, Using Win10

Have spoken to adobe help but they havn't really helped. Have installed reinstalled used the adobe cleaner created and new adminstor account.

So people don't have to download the image you have attached to your post please Edit your post to remove the Attached screen shot and Include it in the body of the text of your post.

You do that by Clicking the "More..." link at the bottom of your post, Selecting "Edit Message" and then use the "Insert Photos" icon in the tool bar at the top of the Post/Reply/Edit dialog box like this.

It looks like two of your errors relate to inability to extract a zip file that has been downloaded, and the third is because of an inability to write a registry key for lack of permissions.  It may be that your antivirus is interfering with the installation.  I suggest temporarily turning your antivirus software off and updating again.  (There may be some more steps you need to take to delete temporary files that have already been created, but try turning off antivirus first.)
