I have a new yesterday registered version of Photoshop Elements 15. Every time I use it I have to log in. Very irritant. What have I to do not log in erytime?

Try updating Adobe Application Manager once.
Adobe - Adobe Application Manager : For Macintosh : Adobe Application Manager : Thank You
Adobe - Adobe Application Manager : For Windows : Adobe Application Manager : Thank You

Thanks for posting in Adobe forum.
I understand you are facing issue with the activation of Adobe Elements.
Firstly,
- Please click here to download Adobe Application Manager for Windows.
or
Please click here to download Adobe Application Manager for Mac.
- After installation please double click its icon on your desktop screen to complete the installation.(Windows)
- After installation please double click its icon by searching it on finder to complete the installation (Mac)
Secondly,
- Open Adobe Photoshop Elements
- Click "Help"
- If you are signed in then please sign out.
- Open Adobe Photoshop Elements again.
- Sign in with your adobe id & password.
- Enter your serial number to activate the software.
- Restart Adobe Photoshop Elements & test it.
