Have To Re Download Every Time I Open Photo Elements 18?

Recently updated to Elements 18 on line through Adobe after much hassle due to a typo in the serial number on Adobes part. Got it sorted & downloaded after 1:37 on line with a rep. Worked okay right after the download. Wanted to practice with it today & I have to download again before I can open it . Simple fix anyone ?
